“You can’t add days to your life, but you can add life to your days.” That belief has shaped the way I live, the way I travel, and the way I help others experience the world.

By trade, I’m a nurse and also serve as a paid-on-call firefighter. My family and I call a small Gulf Island off Vancouver Island home, where life revolves around the ocean. When we’re not travelling, you’ll usually find us boating, exploring hidden coves and beaches, and making the most of the incredible wilderness right in our own backyard. Adventure isn’t just something I book it’s how we live.

I’ve never believed that travel is just about checking destinations off a list, it’s about collecting unforgettable experiences, embracing new cultures, and creating stories you’ll tell for a lifetime. As an adventure-focused travel advisor, I specialize in helping travellers step beyond the typical vacation and experience destinations in a meaningful way.

My passion for travel comes from living it. I’ve walked the Camino de Santiago with my 12-year-old son, proving that incredible adventures can be shared as a family. We’ve campervanned across New Zealand, road-tripped across Canada and the United States to California, surfed the rugged Oregon Coast, and hiked the legendary Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

I’ve backpacked through Europe, sailed the breathtaking Croatian coastline, wandered magical European Christmas markets with my children, cruised across the Pacific Ocean, and returned to Hawaii several times. I’ve also explored Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Las Vegas, Toronto, and made countless magical memories at Disneyland with my family.

Having lived in Tofino while on maternity leave, I developed a deep appreciation for surfing, coastal adventures, and the beauty of the Pacific. Winters have been spent skiing Whistler and many of British Columbia’s spectacular interior mountains, giving me firsthand knowledge of some of Canada’s best outdoor destinations.

One of my greatest passions is sharing the gift of travel with my children. My personal goal is to have each of them visit every continent before they turn 18 because I believe the greatest education doesn’t always happen in a classroom, it happens through meeting people, experiencing different cultures, stepping outside your comfort zone, challenging ones self and discovering how wonderfully diverse our world truly is.

Travel is constantly evolving, and so am I. Our next adventure will take us through Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Cambodia, where I’ll continue exploring, learning, and discovering different cultures and experiences I can share with my clients.
